A Boston College graduate, who initially matriculated at Canisius College in Buffalo for two years, Kimberlee Bowman started her career in the Investment business on a bond desk at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in 1985. She subsequently continued to focus as an investment advisory professional with Kidder Peabody, Paine Webber and Morgan Stanley for another ten years.

Taking a comprehensive understanding of the asset management industry as an insider for both institutional and retail, in 2003 Ms. Bowman expanded her career into recruiting and headhunting to the life insurance and investment management industry. Appleton Street Advisors was started in 2006.
